M.E. GRANT (as MAXWELL EDWARD GOODMAN)

M.E. Grant is a New York City native whose artistic beginnings included acting training at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Eventually his creative nature was more easily fulfilled by music. He has been called a "performance artist and synth-pop fusionist" by pop culture blogger Mervin Malone, and that aesthetic is apparent in previous self-released works "The Love Times 10 EP" and "Imagination, Volumes I & II." His last project drew inspiration from the work of acclaimed visual artist Kara Walker. "Silhouette" is a collaboration with local singer-songwriter Lindsey Wilson and serves as an exploration and homage to Ms.Walker's haunting canon. They can also be seen in the song's music video (Directed by Dylan Bank, director of IFC's "Nightmare"). Mr. Bank and M.E. created a video for the song "I Don't Know Anybody" as well.
